Receptionist
This position is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of office management and improvement to ensure efficient operation of the office, and helping in some other HR admin tasks. This position will report to People Ops Lead.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
- Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies, medical kits and other necessities; order and process payment as required;
- Communicate with the building for office operations & maintenance related issues, such as lighting and electrical problems, parking card registration, building access permits, etc.;
- Ensure office operations procedure by on-time and proper mail record and transfer, locker management, etc.
HR operations
- Keep track & check on employees' reimbursing documents: insurance, travel allowance, business trip;
- Submit employees' onboarding/offboarding data on task tracking system;
- Manage stock & deliver new hires' kit;
- Proceed off-boarding procedures;
- Proceed HR's payment requests by managing documents and working closely with stakeholders;
- Support other tasks required by the HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree;
- Good command of English;
- Honesty & confidentiality;
- Careful, detail-oriented & fast learning;
- Good phone etiquettes;
- Can-do attitude, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Experience as an office assistant or in related field is preferred.
